Political Science

David Brostoff is a first-year Ph.D. student in international relations. His research interests include international relations theory, U.S. foreign policy, and great power competition. Before attending Brown, David held positions at the Stimson Center and the United States Institute of Peace, and he interned at the Council on Foreign Relations and the Department of State. David graduated summa cum laude from American University with a B.A. in international studies, earning the Scott A. Bass Award for Outstanding Scholarship.
