Jackson Moore-Otto is a first-year graduate student. Currently, his interests lie at the intersection of climate politics, green industrial policy, and public investment. Jackson received a BA magna cum laude and an MA in Economics from Boston University. Before starting at Brown, Jackson worked in transportation and land use policy in Massachusetts, where his work focused on supporting the transition from a legacy commuter rail system to an electrified system aligned with international best practices.
