Biography

Connor is a sixth-year Ph.D. candidate in comparative politics. His research interests include the political economy of development, ethnic conflict, and vigilante politics, with a regional focus on South Asia. He holds an A.B. with Honors in Politics from Princeton, an A.M. in Political Science from Brown, and is also pursuing a Sc.M. in Data Science as part of Brown's Open Graduate Education Program. He was formerly a Clinton Fellow with the American India Foundation.
