Biography

Robert Dietterick is a first-year graduate student in the subfields of American Politics and Political Theory. He is broadly interested in the intersection of polarizing politics, including political violence, and governing institutions. His recent research has examined the uptick in the use of gubernatorial recall attempts in the State of California. Robert has also provided research assistance to a grant funded project examining the use of ARPA funds on Community Violence Interventions (CVIs). Robert holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Marquette University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from DePaul University.
